I'm sure we'd all like to believe of the whole "new year, new begginings" theory is more than just a saying but truth be told, just because it's a new year doesn't mean you start off with a clean slate. It's not that I'm being pessimistic but if you think of the years of your life as a book, every new page you turn the story continues, it doesn't end after a page and start off with a completely different story on the next.

2011 is a new year, but I don't want a new beginning. All the ups, downs, highs, lows and shits that's gone down, it's made me who I am today so now all I want is for this page in my life to be full of sugar, spice and everything nice because I know a new beginning is just too much to ask for.
